↳ If i can't finish a piece for any reason i have the right to refund a % of the price depending on progress I've already made⮞ I am allowed to use the artwork in my portfolio and social media. I can delay posting it under special circumstances (gifts, NDA, personal exclusive art)⮞ Comissioner is allowed to use my art for any personal, non-profit use such as:
printing, setting as your wallpaper/icon, reference sheets etc.
↳ Commercial license and ownership can be purchased at additional cost⮞ I won't tolerate selling my art, prints/copies, removing signatures, reposting, tracing, using it in any capacity with regard to AI or NFTs.⮞ Do not alter or paint over my work without my consent. If you would like something changed well after the time your work was commissioned, please ask.
